General Questions:
What is the age criteria for admission to Nursery for the academic year 2026-2027?
Only children born between 1st April 2023 and 31st March 2024 are eligible for admission in the Nursery section. The child must have completed 3 years on the 1st of April of the year of the start of the academic session.
What if my child is few days underage or overage?
Children who are underage or overage will not be considered for admission.
Will there be a formal interview of the child?
No. There is no formal interview of the child.
Is my child’s admission guaranteed once I submit my application form online?
No. Admission to nursery is finalized only after the lots are drawn (lottery system).
When will the lots be drawn?
The draw of lots will be held on Sunday, 18th October 2026 in camera, in the presence of respected and responsible personalities of Navi Mumbai.
How can I check if my child has secured admission?
The list of names of children who have obtained admission will be displayed on the school notice board and posted on the school website at 5 pm on 18th October 2026.
What do I need to do if my child is selected?
Admission to Nursery is confirmed only after payment of fees. Parents of children whose names are listed for admission after the draw of lots will be briefed about school fees at a meeting on 19th October 2026.
School fees may be paid online between 20th October and 25th October 2026.
Payment of fees will complete the admission process for your child to Nursery.
Is it possible to purchase an application form and fill it up offline?
The admission form has to be filled up online only. No paper based forms will be issued. Link to fill the form is given at the bottom of this page.

Can I save the form and complete it up later?
You need to fill the application form in one sitting only. There is no facility to save a partially filled form and complete it later.
How can I pay the application fee for the admission process?
The application fee for the admission process needs to be paid online. The link to pay the application fee will be available only after the form has been successfully submitted. Your form will not be accepted without the payment of the application fee.
Can I pay the application fee in person?
No. The admission fee needs to be paid online only. Please contact the school office if you continue facing an issue with the online fee payment.
What if something goes wrong while doing the online payment?
Check with your bank on whether the money was deducted from your account. If yes, the please send a snapshot of the bank statement over email. The school email address is mentioned in the contact us section of the website. Please mention the registration/form number in your email. If the money was not deducted then visit the admission application fee payment page to make the payment. You do not need to fill the admission form again.
I am not able to go to the next page when I click the "Submit" button.
Check that you have filled up data for all the fields and that there are not red * marks anywhere. A red * indicates that you have left out information for a required field. The next step of the application process will not be displayed unless you will up all the details on a particular page.
What if my computer crashes while filling the application form?
In case your computer crashes while filling the application form, please visit the site again and re-fill the form.
How do I know that my application has been successfully submitted?
A unique registration number will be generated once you submit your application form. Generation of this number indicates that your form has been successfully submitted.
Can I download the form later?
Yes you may download the filled admission form. Please click here to reach the download page. You will require the registration ID to download the form.
What happens once I submit my form online?
After completing the online form, you will be given a registration number (form number) and assigned a specific date and time for short parent interaction and form verification. Please reach the designated venue on time. Both parents with the child are required to be present for the parent interaction.
Submission and Verification of Documents:
Both parents have to come for the submission and verification of documents as per the time allotted. Venue: Fr. Agnel School (CBSE), Sector 10A, Vashi. Please carry the following documents with you:
- Most recent passport size photo of your child (preferably in white background) with the face clearly visible.
- Your child’s original birth certificate and a xerox copy.
- Your child’s Aadhaar card and a xerox copy.
- Aadhar cards of both parents and xerox copies.
- Documents that support your highest education qualification mentioned in the online admission form.
